Prime Partners Corporate Finance (PPCF)
The PrimePartners Group (“PPG”) was founded in 1994 by the late Mr Ng Soo Peng, Mr Quek Peck Lim, Mr Teo Ek Tor and Mr Hsieh Fu Hua, former senior Morgan Grenfell executives. The group was then divided into Prime Partners Corporate Finance (PPCF) and Aris PrimePartners Asset Management (APAM)
PrimePartners Corporate Finance (PPCF) was formed by PPG in 2003. They commenced their corporate finance business in Singapore after obtaining their Capital Markets Services licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Since their inception, they have completed over 60 listings and over 180 advisory engagements. They are also a proud member firm of Oaklins, the world’s leading M&A alliance with over 850 advisers collaborating in over 45 countries.
North Ridge Partners
In 2020, PrimePartners Group initiated an investment in North Ridge Partners (NRP) and, as part of this initiative, APAM established a strategic alliance with NRP.
With NRP’s domain knowledge in the technology space, our expertise in capital market transactions and combined reach across the Asia Pacific region, we are able to provide a complete investment banking solution for technology companies.
Global Alliance Partners
