Ek Tor, Chairman of PrimePartners Group and Aris PrimePartners Asset Management, has extensive experience in investment banking in Asia. He was until end 1999 the Regional Managing Director of BNP Prime Peregrine Group with responsibility for investment banking in SE Asia.
Ek Tor has contributed to and been instrumental in the building up of two major regional investment banking groups – Morgan Grenfell Asia (1980 – 1993) and BNP Prime Peregrine (1994 – 1999).
Ek Tor is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, with an honors degree in business administration.
Giuseppe has over 25 years of experience in the private wealth management and Family Office business.
Key positions held prior to his current roles include Founder of Aris GSK Solutions Pte Ltd, Singapore (MAS regulated entity), Founder of G&G Global Solutions SA, Lugano (VSV-ASG Swiss regulated entity), Managing Director of LGT Bank in Liechtenstein AG, Vaduz and CIO for Multi Family Office Platform, London/Zurich/Lugano (SRO Swiss regulated entity).
Giuseppe graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Switzerland and Italy in 1985.
Quek Peck Lim is one of three co-founders of Prime Partners Group, current Chairman of Prime Partners Corporate Finance, a Member of the Board of Directors of Aris Prime Partners Asset Management and former Managing Director of Securities and Research, BNP Prime Peregrine. Prior to establishing PrimePartners, Peck Lim was Director of Research for Morgan Grenfell (Asia) Group where, under his research leadership, Morgan Grenfell Asia & Partners Securities Pte Ltd was voted the top research house in Singapore equities by the Global Investor Magazine in 1989 and by Asiamoney Magazine in 1990, 1992, and 1993. Peck Lim was himself voted the top analyst in Singapore in 1992 by professional fund managers. Prior to joining the Morgan Grenfell (Asia) Group in 1987, Peck Lim was Senior Assistant Editor of Euromoney Magazine in London, where he specialized in covering the development of international equity markets and emerging country stock markets. Peck Lim is a graduate of the University of Singapore with a degree in business administration.
Rajiv has almost 35 years experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, having held a variety of senior roles at multinational corporations (MNCs) such as Cadbury Schweppes and Premier Brands. He retired from Cadbury in 2008 as President of its Asia Pacific region, based in Singapore. Prior to that, he led the Africa & Middle East region for Cadbury.
Rajiv started his career in the finance function, moving on to marketing and eventually, general management. He has built, energised and led multi-cultural teams across the world and been responsible for a number of business turnarounds in developed markets and accelerated business growth in emerging markets.
Since 2008, Rajiv has served as Chairman of Vestas Wind Systems India and as a Board Member of MediaCorp, Singapore’s public service broadcaster. Currently, he is on the Board of the Temasek Foundation - Ecosperity and is a non-executive director or advisor to a number of start-ups.
Rajiv is a graduate of the University of Newcastle (UK) in Economics.
Cheng Hock has over 30 years of experience in the fixed income portfolio management and trading. He oversees the investment advisory activities in Aris PrimePartners Asset Management Pte Ltd.
Prior key positions held include Partner of Blue Edge Advisors Pte Ltd where he was Portfolio Manager of Asia Macro Fixed Income Fund; Partner of Singapore and Trinity Funds LLC, New York; Global Partner/CIO Fixed Income of Invesco, New York; Managing Director, Global Fixed Income of Chancellor/LGT. He also held senior global fixed income portfolio management positions at leading investment management firms, including Bankers Trust and Fiduciary Trust.
Cheng Hock received his degree in Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Oregon, USA in December 1983.
Kon Wen, Director, has over 10 years of experience in private equity investing. He started his career with JP Morgan (Investment Management).
Prior to joining PrimePartners, he worked in the Industrial Research Department of UFJ Bank. Kon Wen graduated from the National University of Singapore with an honors degree in social sciences (statistics), and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Junn Ang, Manager, has over 10 years of securities related experience having worked for Deutsche Asset Management and the Chase Manhattan Bank N.A. before joining PrimePartners.
During her previous employment engagements, Junn’s duties covered the launching of unit trusts, planning and implementation of new products, systems and workflows. She was with PPCF’s Equity Capital Markets team before moving to PPAM to cover deal administration, fund accounting, settlement and investor services.
